A winter parking ban is in effect for all public roads
in Westborough. Vehicles are not allowed to be parked on
any public way for more than an hour between the hours
of 11 P.M. and 7 A.M. Vehicles found to be illegally
parked will receive a $10.00 fine. During snow storms,
vehicles may be towed at the owners expense.

Top Story Marcelo Mota Arrested in Conjunction of Home
Invasions in Westborough
An arrest has been made in the series of home
invasions and rapes that occurred in Westborough and other
communities in 2003. The suspect, formerly from
Framingham, was identified as Marcelo Mota.
The suspect is
being held in New Jersey on similar charges. Mr. Mota was
connected with an incident that occurred in Hopkinton after a
fingerprint that was found at the scene were compared to
fingerprints from New Jersey.
