New R.A.D. Classes Offered
The cornerstone of R.A.D. System has its foundations in education and awareness. The course includes lecture, discussion and self defense techniques, suitable for all women of all ages and abilities. Classes usually last a maximum of 2 hours each. Woman who attend will be provided with a variety of self-preservation techniques and basic home safety preparations.

Defense Classes
R.A.D. Basic
Physical Defense - Registration and Sign-ups are now
OPEN.
The cornerstone of R.A.D. System has its foundations in
education and awareness. The course includes lecture,
discussion and self defense techniques, suitable for all
women of all ages and abilities. Classes usually last a
maximum of 2 hours each. Woman who attend will be
provided with a variety of self-preservation techniques
and basic home safety preparations.
The course also includes a simulated attack on the final
class. This is NOT mandatory. Participants may
witness others during the simulation and watch the
various techniques that students deploy on their
attackers. This is a great opportunity to prepare for
the upcoming summer months. You won't want to miss this
class!!!
Common Questions
1. Does a person need to be in shape?
No. All classes are low impact. Students are not
required to have previous skill training.
2. How many women
have taken this program?
To date, over 250,000 women have attended R.A.D. basic
Physical Defense Program.
3. Can I bring my
younger daughter with me?
Yes. It s very common for mothers and daughters to
attend this program together. In addition to developing
and enhancing their options of self-defense, it seems to
be a great bonding experience for them. |
